Challenge
We had plenty of written customer case studies for the US market, but no video content to help the sales team. While in Brazil we could film on-site testimonials, for the US we had no raw video or images from the clients. The goal was to create a quick, under-90-second video format using just the text stories we already had on the website.
Approach
I created the format and handled the entire production of these "Pocket Cases."
Scripts & Storytelling: I rewrote the long text articles into short, engaging scripts. I used AI to brainstorm ideas, but edited and finalized the text myself to ensure the storytelling was right.
Turning Images into Video: Since we had zero footage from the clients, I took the static photos from our website and used AI video tools to animate them, making them look like realistic short clips.
Animation & Voiceover: I generated the voiceover using AI and animated the entire video. The first project (The Fillo Factory) proved the concept worked, and by the second one (DHL), I developed a much cleaner, more fluid animation style.
Targeted Videos: I also created specific, custom versions of these videos for key accounts (like SLB Mexico) when the sales team needed a direct asset to help close a deal.
Result
The videos became a tool for the international sales team to show our product's value quickly during calls. The format caught the attention of prospects, and both the DHL video and the custom videos for specific clients helped the team move active negotiations forward.
